These terms govern your use of WiseTrip. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
Your account
You need an account to use most of WiseTrip. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Your content
Your content
Trips, notes, photos and files you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the service can work, including showing them to the people you invite to a trip.
If you publish a trip to Explore, you are choosing to make the sections you selected public, and you confirm you have the right to share what is in them.
Do not upload anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything designed to harm the service or its users. We may remove content that breaks this rule and suspend accounts that keep breaking it.
AI suggestions
AI suggestions
Route plans, budgets, place recommendations, transit guidance and Wisy's answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or out of date. They are suggestions, not advice. Check anything that matters - prices, opening hours, visas, transport times and safety - with the operator before you rely on it.
Travel and bookings

Flight prices and status come from third-party providers and may change or be unavailable. WiseTrip does not sell flights, accommodation or any other travel product. When you follow a booking link you leave WiseTrip and deal with that company under its own terms. Some of those links earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you.
Wisy Pro
Wisy Pro
Wisy Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly through PayPal. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your profile or in PayPal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments are not refunded for a period that has already started. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. If you live in the EU or the UK you keep any statutory cancellation rights that apply to you.
We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel instead.
Availability

We try to keep WiseTrip running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and parts of it depend on third-party services we do not control. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
Liability
To the extent the law allows, WiseTrip is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from travel decisions you make using the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your use
Ending your use
You can stop using WiseTrip at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use WiseTrip after a change means you accept the new version.
